~1 min read- →Lead all Aftersales budgeting, forecasting, FMI, G&A, and Business Plan activities.
- →Provide financial analysis, business insights, and performance reporting to support profitability improvement initiatives.
- →Manage month-end close activities, variance analysis, operating profit reporting, and leadership presentations.
- →Partner with Aftersales, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to evaluate business opportunities and financial impacts.
- →Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses related to pricing, volume, profitability, and business initiatives.
- →Create and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, forecasting tools, and financial reporting processes.
- →Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, reporting automation, and financial control enhancements.
- →Support strategic planning activities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- →Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- →Influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, HFM, and Power BI.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Knowledge of business planning, profitability analysis, and financial controls.
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process standardization and automation initiatives.
- Ability to influence business decisions through financial insights and effective storytelling.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning.
- Experience supporting senior leadership through financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Automotive industry or sales/distribution environment experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA / CA Designation
- Professional accounting certification (CPA)
- Advanced financial modeling and reporting training
- Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, or HFM-related certifications (preferred but not required)

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range:
$91,573.00 - $119,436.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
