Financial Planning Officer

Act as G&A expenses controller for All admin functions:

• To confirm company’s assumption (common expenses) in Budget/Forecast timing,
• Summary report of G&A’s headcount (NMT group)
• Summary report G&A expenses of all functions (including labor cost which submit from HR) – NMT group
• Control G&A expenses by functions with closely communication with budget owner
• Summary report to management (as presentation)
• Prepare recharge report to inter-companies (once a year)
• Prepare monthly actual report with variance analysis

Others business financial (Aftersales / Part export) analyst:

• To develop P/L for Part export business
• To support  team in P&L analysis and reporting for both sales and costs
• To work closely with team to ensure on the budget/forecast accuracy
• Prepare end-of-month analysis report
• Participate in a monthly meeting to perform variance analysis and continuous improvement on the accuracy
• Carry out special investigations and ad hoc assignment as required

• Bachelor's Degree, major in Managerial Accounting/Accounting/Finance or related fields
• At least experience 5 years in related field, automotive business would be preferred.
• Good in English communication. Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Accounting/Finance is required.
• Good computer literacy, especially MS. Office: advance in MS. Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional environment is a must.
• Analysis skill, ability to think logically and systematically
