Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping users solve technical challenges? We're looking for a Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist to join a dynamic IT Operations team and provide exceptional technical support to end users.

✔ Provide technical support via phone, ticketing systems, chat, and email
✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
✔ Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
✔ Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when needed
✔ Document incidents and solutions accurately within the ticketing system
✔ Support Microsoft and Linux environments
✔ Assist with Office 365 administration and user support
✔ Provide guidance and basic training to end users

✅ 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles
✅ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Windows and Linux operating systems
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Networking fundamentals (Switches, Routers)
• Server administration and troubleshooting
• Hardware and software support

🕒 Full availability required for rotating schedules (AM/PM shifts) and occasional weekend coverage.
