Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for building high-performing recruiting teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Nearshore recruiting operations supporting the Vensure segment.


In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of U.S.-based recruiters while partnering closely with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR leaders to deliver exceptional hiring results. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys both leading teams and actively recruiting.


What You'll Do


βœ… Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 U.S.-based recruiters.

βœ… Drive aggressive hiring goals with a target of approximately 75 hires per month.

βœ… Participate in full-cycle recruiting and support critical hiring initiatives.

βœ… Build strong relationships with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.

βœ… Monitor recruiting performance, productivity, and placement metrics.

βœ… Train recruiters and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

βœ… Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

βœ… Collaborate on recruiting process improvements and reporting.


What We're Looking For


βœ”οΈ 10+ years of recruiting experience in the U.S. market (required).

βœ”οΈ Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.

βœ”οΈ Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and interviewer training.

βœ”οΈ Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.

βœ”οΈ Advanced or near-native English proficiency.

βœ”οΈ Experience working directly with U.S. clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

βœ”οΈ Results-driven mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.

βœ”οΈ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
