Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for building high-performing recruiting teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Nearshore recruiting operations supporting the Vensure segment.
In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of U.S.-based recruiters while partnering closely with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR leaders to deliver exceptional hiring results. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys both leading teams and actively recruiting.
What You'll Do
β Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 U.S.-based recruiters.
β Drive aggressive hiring goals with a target of approximately 75 hires per month.
β Participate in full-cycle recruiting and support critical hiring initiatives.
β Build strong relationships with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.
β Monitor recruiting performance, productivity, and placement metrics.
β Train recruiters and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
β Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
β Collaborate on recruiting process improvements and reporting.
What We're Looking For
βοΈ 10+ years of recruiting experience in the U.S. market (required).
βοΈ Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.
βοΈ Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and interviewer training.
βοΈ Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
βοΈ Advanced or near-native English proficiency.
βοΈ Experience working directly with U.S. clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
βοΈ Results-driven mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
βοΈ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
