We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong, recent hands-on experience in Next.js, React, and AWS, combined with a passion for AI-driven software development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who understands how to go beyond traditional AI coding assistants and can actually design, orchestrate, and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate and enhance the software development lifecycle.

You'll help build modern, scalable applications while leveraging AI-powered workflows for code generation, debugging, testing, code reviews, and deployment.

• →Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• →Build scalable, high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
• →Design and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows for software engineering.
• →Develop AI-driven workflows for code generation, debugging, testing, code reviews, and validation.
• →Integrate AI agents into existing development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• →Deploy, manage, and maintain applications using AWS cloud services.
• →Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• →Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation and continuous improvement.
• →Support backend development and integrations using C# when needed.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong and recent hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS.
• Proven experience using AI tools for software development beyond basic code completion.
• Practical experience designing and orchestrating AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
• Ability to build structured AI workflows for code generation, testing, debugging, reviewing, and validation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code, testing strategies, and development best practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to independently manage features throughout the development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

• Experience with C# and .NET for backend development.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Experience implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered code quality checks.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience integrating AI agents with repositories, development tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

You are a strong software engineer with an AI-first mindset. You don't just use AI to write code; you know how to build structured workflows, coordinate multiple agents, validate AI-generated solutions, and ensure production-ready quality.
