Kitting Supervisor Assembly ALIN

Alloy Fasteners is seeking a hands-on Kitting Supervisor to lead daily kitting operations and ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely assembly of customer and production kits. This role is responsible for supervising team members, managing workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving safety, quality, and productivity within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and develop kitting team members
• Coordinate daily kitting schedules and priorities
• Ensure kit accuracy, quality standards, and on-time completion
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and shipping teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or kitting experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
