This role is responsible for executing Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, programs, processes, and policies to deliver customer-centered learning solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner aligned with enterprise goals.

Day to day job duties include conducting learning needs analysis, sustaining clear and measurable learning objectives, and developing solutions that build the skills and behaviors necessary for success. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive learning plans that align with business goals and support workforce development.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

  • Instructional design and digital content development 

  • Mandatory proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with preferred experience in Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Audition.

  • AI and emerging technology application in learning design 

  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder influence 

  • Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508) 

  • Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration 

  • Project management and execution of large-scale initiatives 

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development role 

  • 2+ years’ experience with instructional design

What We Offer

Compensation offered for this role is 65,600.00 - 110,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
