Group Head of Talent Management & Organization Development

ACG_3634_JOB Our client is one of the leading banks in Vietnam, who is looking for a talent to join their firm: Develop a clear vision for Talent Management & Development in an AI-first banking environment, aligning workforce capabilities with long-term business strategy. Define enterprise talent and capability priorities, identifying critical roles, future skills, leadership requirements, and workforce implications arising from digital, data, and AI transformation. Partner with business leaders to understand how roles, job families, and organizational capabilities will evolve, and translate these insights into workforce capability strategies. Design and implement capability-based talent management approaches, moving beyond traditional job-based and program-centric models. Build robust succession planning, leadership pipeline, and high-potential talent frameworks to ensure long-term organizational sustainability and leadership readiness. Establish talent intelligence capabilities leveraging workforce, skills, learning, performance, and organizational data to support evidence-based talent decisions. Design scalable reskilling and upskilling pathways to support large-scale workforce transformation and capability shifts. Build assessment, learning, development, mobility, and career growth mechanisms that are practical, business-linked, personalized, and scalable. Lead the evolution of learning from training delivery to enterprise capability acceleration, embedding learning into the flow of work and leveraging AI-enabled learning technologies. Drive internal talent mobility and talent marketplace capabilities that improve workforce agility, capability deployment, and employee growth opportunities. Establish governance, metrics, and operating mechanisms to measure workforce readiness, capability maturity, leadership pipeline health, internal mobility, and business impact. Champion the responsible adoption of AI across talent management, learning, workforce planning, and capability development processes. Bring strong conceptual thinking, stakeholder influence, enterprise leadership, and execution discipline to drive sustainable workforce transformation across the organization.
