ACG_3381_JOB Our client is a leading construction corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Build, standardize, and continuously improve the operating management system, including service standards, SLAs, SOPs, and cross-functional coordination mechanisms. Oversee end-to-end operations for large-scale events and exhibitions, covering facilities, engineering/technical systems, security, safety, fire prevention and firefighting compliance, and logistics—while elevating service quality and customer experience. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely venue handover and on-schedule event delivery that meets committed quality benchmarks. Grow revenue from ancillary offerings such as build-up/installation services, rental of utilities and event/exhibition equipment, and other supporting products for the industry. Manage the operating budget, optimize costs, and improve utilization efficiency of assets and resources. Lead and coordinate external parties including vendors and service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, catering, contractors), as well as event organizers, exhibitors, and visitors. Drive risk management: establish emergency response plans and ensure full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements Solid management experience in operations within an exhibition center, event complex, commercial real estate, hospitality, or other large-scale infrastructure environments. Demonstrated capability in designing and standardizing SOPs, SLAs, service standards, and multi-department collaboration models. Strong knowledge of facilities and technical operations, security and safety management, fire prevention/firefighting requirements, and large-event operations. Proven track record in budget control, cost optimization, and enhancing asset performance. Experienced in vendor/service partner management; strong risk management mindset and effective incident handling. Strong leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination skills; able to perform under high pressure in a fast-paced events environment.
