Product Manager (FnB background, must have)

ACG_3793_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. 1. Product Direction & Development Planning Define the direction and develop the product development plan for the Retail Division, with the objective of making the product one of the trusted solutions with a strong position in the Vietnamese market. 2. Product Development Coordination Work closely with relevant departments, including Software Engineering Management and Product Analysis & Design Management, to ensure that the product is developed in the right direction, on schedule, and with high quality. 3. Market Expansion & Customer Development Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to expand the market and develop the customer base, contributing to the achievement of the company’s business objectives. 4. Market Research & Product Improvement Research and gain a deep understanding of market and customer needs; stay updated on legal regulations related to household businesses and individual business households; and monitor development trends in the retail industry in Vietnam and globally to identify ideas for improving and developing highly competitive products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields from leading universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Academy of Finance, Vietnam National University, or equivalent institutions. At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in an equivalent role at a software company with products or services related to the FnB sector. Ability to conduct systematic market and customer research, analyze data to support decision-making, and effectively develop business and product development plans. Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and solve problems efficiently. Strong passion for and long-term career orientation toward technology product development; interest in applying technology to improve work efficiency; and a desire to create products that deliver value to society.
