As a Systems Engineer (manipulations) you will be responsible for:

Support the design, development, integration, and validation of advanced robotic arm systems.
Drive systems engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
Define and manage system architectures, requirements, and technical specifications.
Lead cross-functional integration efforts to ensure seamless performance across subsystems.
Develop and maintain engineering processes, technical documentation, and design reviews.
Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive root-cause analysis activities.
Collaborate closely with hardware, controls, software, and product development teams.
Contribute to product development from concept through deployment.
Make informed technical decisions and recommendations in a rapidly evolving environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering documentation, processes, and product quality.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.), from a technical college or university in an Engineering field.
5+ years of System Engineering experience and electro-mechanical device experience (robotics is a plus)
Experience with system documentation including Trade Studies, interface control documents, and ConOps
Experience tailoring system engineering processes to balance level of SE effort to product/system needs.
Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to work autonomously.

Location: North Reading, MA

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
