Ski School Supervisor, Children's Programs - Winter 2026 - 27

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Ski School Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily events within the Deer Valley Ski School for children between the ages of 3 to 6.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supervise organization of daily lessons (children’s groups or private lessons) 
• Supervise the organization of lesson start times, lunch and afternoon breaks, and end of day check-outs  
• Spend time on snow with guests and staff to provide assistance when needed  
• Coach/mentor instructors in need of further development  
• Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High level of ski ability required 
• Experience in a supervisory role providing coaching and support to staff and interacting with guests to resolve issues required 
• PSIA Certification Level 1 preferred - Reimbursements offered  
• Ski School experience preferred 
• Previous experience working with children preferred   

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 

• Mid-November to Mid-April
