The Lodges Guest Services Agent - Year Round

 PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the Lodges. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Check guests and owners in and out of The Lodges 

• Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners 

• Cover front desk during scheduled shift 

• Answer the phone in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate 

• Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports 

• Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems 

• Assist with concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities 

• Assist in coordinating the bell staff for guest pickups and drop offs 

• Drive guests locally in the company vehicle 

• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure 

• Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred 

• Must be available to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs 

• Must be at least 21 years old 

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles  

PAY RATE: 

• $20.00 per hour
