Position Summary

Dedicated routes throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah provide experienced CDL-A drivers with consistent freight, predictable scheduling, and daily home time.

Compensation Structure

• $1,425 to $1,550 per week
• $0.65 per mile for loaded and empty miles
• Annual compensation range: $75,100 to $80,600

Weekly direct deposit is provided every Tuesday.

Schedule and Home Time

Drivers have daily home time with minimal overnight requirements. The schedule typically consists of 5-6 active days followed by a reset period at home.

Operational Requirements

Drivers average 1,700 miles and 6 dedicated loads per week. Each load averages 13 stops with consistent pickup and delivery schedules.

Freight consists of food products with live unload and drop-and-hook operations. Freight is 100% no-touch.

Equipment Specifications

• 2025 model trucks with automatic transmissions
• Auto-chain systems for mountain weather conditions
• Dedicated truck assignment with no slip-seating

Company-managed preventive maintenance is provided.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Current DOT medical card with clean physical
• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Clean MVR, satisfactory employment verification, and references are required.
