Run regional freight without unloading trailers in this Philadelphia CDL-A truck driving position. Drivers get home weekly while hauling 100% no-touch freight in newer automatic equipment, primarily operating east of I-35.
Schedule & Home Time
Drivers are home weekly with reset timing based on freight and customer requirements. The larger freight network keeps drivers moving throughout the week while providing regular home time.
Pay & Freight
- Pay of $1,700 to $1,900 per week
- 100% no-touch freight
- 50–60% drop-and-hook
- Remaining freight handled through live unloads
- No driver unloading
- Primarily east of I-35
- Broader lower-48 freight possible when required
Equipment
The fleet averages approximately 18 months or newer and includes automatic Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvo tractors based on availability. Trucks include 1,200–1,500 watt inverters.
Drivers with safe truck parking may take their tractor home during home time or use an approved company terminal.

- $12.50 per hour detention pay after the second hour

Orientation
Orientation begins Monday or Wednesday and pays $100 per day for three days. Shippensburg, Pennsylvania is one of the available orientation locations. Transportation, a single-person hotel room and meals are provided.
CDL-A Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- Meet company tractor-trailer experience requirements
- Meet applicable driving and safety qualifications
- Able to run regional freight primarily east of I-35
