Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at AMG & Associates, Inc., you will be responsible for creating and designing various marketing materials to promote our brand and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with our company's vision and goals. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email campaigns.

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and style across all marketing materials.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure that all designs meet project requirements and deadlines.

- Prepare and present design concepts to clients for approval.

- Manage and maintain a library of design assets and templates.

- Ensure all designs are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
