Job role:
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy Human Resources Executive to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and ensure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.

Location: Indore || Full Time || Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Experience: 2 - 3 Years Experience
Preferred Requirement: MBA in HR

Responsibilities:
* Creating an environment of open communication.
* Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
* Helping make the payroll of the company.
* Organizing important events of the organization.
* Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
* Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
* Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
* Counseling employees who are stressed.
* Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
* Introducing employee wellness programs.
* Creating company policies based on best practices.
* Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.

Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
* Hands-on tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, CRM, etc.
* Hands on social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices.
