Day Program Supervisor

Coordination: 

• Coordinate daily operations and activities within the CDS program ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards. 

Team Supervision: 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of community support coaches and personal support coaches, providing guidance, and training. 

 Documentation: 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, incidents, and staff performance. 
• Review team member progress notes and provide corrective feedback to direct reports. • 

Direct Care: 

• Provide direct care support and supervision to clients enrolled in the CDS Program that focuses on life skills activities and community integration. • 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or equivalent experience. 
• Prior experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and report writing. 

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
• Location: White Marsh, MD 
• Pay range: $20-$23 hourly
