Direct Support Professional: Monday-Friday (3pm-11pm)

Our programs include Residential Services, Community Development Services, and Personal Support.

1. →Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
2. →Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
3. →Perform all procedures safely.
4. →Documents actions and client response to care provided.
5. →Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
6. →Maintain client’s comfort and well-being

1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree
2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device
4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR, COVID Vaccine
5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
