Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide individual and group therapy for youth ages 5–17
- →Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, etc.)
- →Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation
- →Partner with multidisciplinary teams (Nursing, Case Management, Leadership)
- →Build strong, trusting relationships with youth and families
- →Create engaging, developmentally appropriate therapeutic experiences
- Passionate about child and adolescent mental health
- Grounded in empathy, patience, and clinical integrity
- Able to balance structure + creativity in treatment
- Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-moving environment
- Committed to cultural competence and person-centered care
Requirements
~1 min read- 1+ year experience in child/adolescent behavioral health
- Active or associate-level North Carolina licensure:
- LCMHC / LCMHC-A
- LCSW / LCSW-A
- LMFT / LMFT-A
- Meaningful, relationship-based clinical work (not assembly-line therapy)
