As a Program Supervisor, you'll be the leader who helps keep everything moving forward.

You'll:

• →Lead daily operations within a residential program
• →Coach, mentor, and develop Youth Care Workers and Youth Mentors
• →Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
• →Keep programs organized, structured, and running effectively
• →Support staff growth through coaching and real-time feedback
• →Lead shift meetings, team huddles, and post-incident debriefs
• →Partner closely with clinicians and leadership teams
• →Respond to challenges with confidence and sound judgment
• →Ensure documentation, communication, and expectations stay on track
• →Help youth feel safe, respected, and supported every day

We're looking for someone who brings leadership experience and a passion for helping youth succeed.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening requirements
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working with youth, behavioral health, education, residential services, or related fields

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in behavioral health, youth services, education, or residential care settings
