3rd Shift Security Supervisor

We’re hiring a Security Supervisor to lead our on-site team at Ross Park Mall. In this role, you’ll oversee daily security operations, supervise staff performance, and ensure a safe, customer-friendly environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage both people and security operations.

• →Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure strong performance
• →Enforce post orders, safety procedures, and company policies
• →Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• →Maintain daily activity reports, logs, and incident documentation
• →Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and mall management
• →Ensure proper operation of systems (CCTV, fire panels, radios, access control)
• →Train and onboard new team members
• →Assist with scheduling, payroll submission, and shift coverage
• →Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards
• →Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff

• Previous security supervisor or leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable
• Comfortable handling emergency situations and decision-making under pressure
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and life safety systems preferred
• Must meet all state/local security licensing requirements
