Responsibilities

→Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
→Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination
→Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
→Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management
→Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7-day roster

Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is preferred

Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain one
