- Top Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and leadership

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs
- →Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team
- →Conduct client visits as needed for complex or escalated projects
- →Administer and enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards
- →Oversee issuance of building permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports
- →Interpret complex codes and provide guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners
- →Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works departments for coordinated code enforcement
- →Manage appeals, code updates, and ordinance revisions
- →Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inspections, permitting, and code compliance
Requirements
~1 min read- ICC Certified Building Official (CBO) required
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in building inspection required
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex code-related issues under pressure
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
