Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards
- →Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems
- →Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports
- →Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements
- →Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections
- TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas
- Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
