Responsibilities

  • Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards
  • Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports
  • Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections
  • TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
