→Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure systems for LinkedIn automation, CRM workflows, data management, and internal tools.
→Oversee all technical infrastructure, including platforms, integrations, APIs, databases, and automation tools.
→Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery teams to ensure technology supports execution and client outcomes.
→Ensure data integrity, system reliability, security, and compliance across all tools and platforms.
→Evaluate, select, and manage third-party tools, vendors, and software solutions.
→Establish technical SOPs, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
→Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize for speed, scale, and reliability.
