* Provides leadership, direction and strategy development and makes final administrative or operational decisions within level of authority. Ensure group's activities role model safe behavior, follow proper protocol and procedures, including core values
* Develops strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness within Materials Management
* Responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to best practice policies and procedures. Recommends policies and procedures relative to Material Management’s technology practices and suppliers.
* Provides expert consultation to Senior Management and other management staff regarding expense management techniques, materials management practices, supply costs, utilization and consumption analyses, capital budgeting and industry trends and technical advances in the field.
* Develops and maintains relationships with all levels of Company management to serve as technical resource when needed. Actively participates in meetings as a resource for materials management, purchases and ensures quality products/services are provided.
* Represents materials organization and participates as a member of the operations team in making cross-functional operational decisions. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to achieve cost reduction targets.

U.S. Salary Range:
$172,000.00 - $236,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
