We’re looking for a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and operate the core infrastructure that supports our development teams at scale. This is a hands‑on role working across on‑prem infrastructure, Azure cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, and internal tooling. You’ll solve complex technical problems that cross traditional boundaries between infrastructure, containers, and software. Key Responsibilities * Design and operate infrastructure across on‑prem virtualization and Azure * Build and manage Kubernetes clusters for development teams * Own and improve CI/CD infrastructure, build agents, and artifact flows * Develop automation and internal tools to improve reliability and developer experience * Manage container image build, security, and distribution * Implement and automate SSL/TLS certificate management * Troubleshoot complex issues spanning infrastructure, containers, networking, and applications * Act as a senior technical partner to development teams * Qualification * 8–12+ years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles * Strong experience with Linux & Windows, virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V / Proxmox) * Hands‑on Docker & Kubernetes production experience * Azure cloud experience and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) * Strong automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) * Ability to write production‑quality code for tools and automation * Solid networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS) * Experience supporting developer platforms and CI/CD environments Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Not Specified Relocation Eligible: No Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
