Role Overview: To work on a platform based on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to review, validate, and correct data extracted from documents while ensuring high accuracy and adherence to time lines. Responsibilities: - Review garnishment documents and verify data extracted by OCR systems - Correct inaccuracies and ensure data is complete and accurate - Handle different document types with varying quality and formats - Follow US-based procedures, including state-specific guidelines/ rules and requirements - Meet strict turnaround timelines, including a 24-hour SLA - Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve daily targets ##LI-DNIKey Skills & Qualities: - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office - Good reading and comprehension skills (English) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment - Good teamwork and collaboration skills - Ability to follow instructions and switch between guidelines quickly - Strong time management and sense of ownership - Consistency and focus in repetitive, high-impact tasks
