5+ years in communications, marketing, editorial, and/or demand generation, ideally in B2B, professional services, or financial services. 

Excellent writing and editing, and a good eye for what makes content genuinely worth reading. 

Comfort with AI tools and real eagerness to build with them – experience with generative AI. 

Hands-on campaign experience across email, social, web, and SEO. 

A working understanding of how AI answer engines (GEO/AEO). 

Strong organizational skills. 

A collaborative style and the credibility to work with subject-matter specialists. 

Background in accounting, tax, or another regulated professional-services environment. 

Experience in developing AI agents, infusing process automation to enhance editorial programs 

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce). 

Comfort with multimedia or design tools, or experience directing creative. 

Experience with industry or vertical marketing.
