• →Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages tailored to a luxury clientele
• →Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail trends relevant to a 5-star luxury setting
• →Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience
• →Ensure bar operations comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• →Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• →Exceptional knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail recipes, and current luxury beverage trends
• →Proficient in advanced mixology techniques and presentation
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional guest service
• →A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all drink preparations
• →Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• →Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a luxury hotel setting
• →Must be currently in UAE
