• →Perform maintenance and repair on a variety of systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
• →Inspect and troubleshoot technical issues in equipment and systems.
• →Respond to requests for repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently.
• →Coordinate with other team members to achieve efficient operations.
• →Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all tasks performed.
• →Maintain meticulous records of maintenance and repair work.

• Proven experience as a Multitechnician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge across multiple disciplines including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields preferred.
