Test Coordinator - Lumen Christi School

Lumen Christi Catholic School, a Pre-K-12 classical Catholic school, is seeking a part-time Test Coordinator to oversee state testing administration for the 2026-27 school year.

Position Scope:
This seasonal role manages logistics and proctoring for Indiana's required assessments - three checkpoint administrations and one cumulative summative - ensuring compliance with state testing protocols and a smooth experience for students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and room logistics for each testing window
• Proctor and/or train staff proctors per Indiana testing security requirements
• Manage student testing environment needs
• Serve as point of contact with the state testing platform
• Maintain testing security and chain-of-custody documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana teaching license (required)
• Familiarity with ILEARN/IREAD checkpoint administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance detail

Comfortable working independently within a small school team

Schedule:
Part-time, seasonal-active during pre-training, three checkpoint windows and one cumulative testing window across the school year. Specific dates TBD based on the state testing calendar.

***Could possibly be expanded to a more regular full time substitute position for the right candidate.
