Part Time Music Teacher

Responsible for carrying out the NYS music curriculum

-Developing lesson plans to be submitted weekly

-Teaching general styles of music

-Incorporating musical instruments and movement in lessons

-Knowledge of liturgical hymns and ability to teach students liturgical hymns

-Experience with conducting production/performances: Lower School Christmas pageant and Sprint Concert for Upper School

-Preparing students for school concerts and planned music experiences

-Communicates well with parents

-Create an enjoyable learning environment to inspire young minds and help them grow in appreciation of music

-Strong knowledge of technology and utilizing technology to enhance music instruction

-Google Classroom experience

Salary Range is $177 - $261 per diem, depending on degree.
