The role involves preparing ingredients, monitoring production lines, and ensuring all food safety standards are met in a high-volume environment. Job Specifications · Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens. · Basic knowledge of Western desserts, pastries, and bakery operations. · Ability to work effectively in a in a pastry production or factory environment. · Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
