Job Summary: Specialist in financial performance analysis and profitability improvement, with experience in reviewing P&L reports and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Strong analytical and consultancy skills to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and support collaboration with operations teams to drive profitability improvements Guide stakeholders in understanding P&L insights and performance gaps Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and consultancy support Facilitate P&L review sessions and performance discussions with clarity and direction Promote a performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field 3+ years experience in financial analysis or consultancy Strong P&L and performance analysis knowledge Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong analytical and communication skills Fluent in Arabic and English
