Senior Associate, Capital Solutions

Ares Management is a leading global alternative investment manager, providing clients with diversified investment solutions across credit, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure. In Japan, our real estate platform invests in and develops logistics facilities and data centers, supporting some of the country's most critical infrastructure assets.

We are seeking a finance professional to join our Debt Capital Markets team in Tokyo. This role will play a key part in structuring, executing, and managing financing transactions that support the acquisition, development, and operation of logistics facilities and data centers across Japan.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale real estate finance transactions while working closely with leading domestic and international financial institutions.

• →Structure, execute, and manage debt financing transactions, including new financings and refinancings.
• →Support financing activities for logistics facilities, data centers, and related real estate investments.
• →Manage lender reporting, financing documentation, covenant compliance, and ongoing debt administration.
• →Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.
• →Assist in developing and executing financing strategies across a growing portfolio.
• →Collaborate with investment, development, legal, and asset management teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Experience in structured finance, project finance, real estate finance, or related financing activities.
• Relevant experience gained within a financial institution, investment manager, asset management company, real estate company, or similar organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with real estate or infrastructure financing transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate investment structures and funds.
• Experience working with lenders, investors, and financing counterparties.
