About the Role

As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you’ll be a key part of the hiring and onboarding process, serving as a primary point of contact for new hires. You’ll guide applicants through training, background checks, required documentation, orientation, and other onboarding requirements while making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including scheduling training, background checks, and required documentation
  • Explain company policies & procedures
  • Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Provide responsive in-person and virtual support throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Partner closely with supervisors to meet staffing needs

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service and follow-through.

  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday in an office setting
  • Must be available to travel and rotate between the Chandler and Phoenix office locations
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR, onboarding/hiring process, customer service, recruiting or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for a DPS fingerprint card
