IT Operations Specialist

The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s IT systems, applications, and digital workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position works closely with other individuals (including staff, IT services, software liaisons etc.) to solve complex software application issues with the support of the IT Supervisor. This role involves software application support, development and management of automated workflows, hardware inventory, IT equipment setup, and end-user training. Additionally, the IT Operations Specialist assists with maintaining the company’s website and vendor ticketing/management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Satisfactory background checks
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent technical certifications/experience (CompTIA, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in technical support, IT operations, or application support
• Experience working with employees who work remotely
• Experience with an Agency Management Software (such as Electronic Visit Verification systems) strongly preferred
