This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maintaining a strong relationship between Aritzia and its People through complexity, growth and change. You will play a pivotal role in driving proactive, solutions-focused labour and employee relations across Distribution Centres by partnering with leaders, identifying emerging trends, and contributing to workplace culture through targeted programs. And, in this role, you will provide employee relations advisory support and build trusted relationships with front-line supervisors and DC leaders to help promote a positive and consistent employee experience. As the Manager, Employee Relations Advisory, People Practices & Compliance, you will:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Support the development and implementation of employee relations programs and tools that promote consistent people practices
Conduct regular assessment at Distribution Centres to identify emerging people trends and areas for improvement
Provide day-to-day guidance to Distribution Centre leaders on managing employee concerns and people-related issues
Coordinate the delivery and ongoing improvement of employee relations programs in partnership with Talent Management and key stakeholders
Deliver training and coaching to leaders on people practices, policy applications and effective communication

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
Exposure supporting multiple sites with a sizable workforce
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Proven attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
