We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded talent who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve business problems. The ideal candidate meets several of the following qualifications:

→Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. An excellent academic track record is highly valued.
→Work Experience: Approximately 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or business analyst roles, with hands-on exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven projects.
→Business Acumen & AI Fluency: A dual affinity for business and technology. You enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way.
→Knowledge of data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms) is expected – you don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to deepen your understanding of the data/AI domain.
→Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights from data. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable handling data-driven analysis to support decision making.
→Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can present complex ideas clearly and can adapt your message to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience creating impactful presentations or reports is a must. You also enjoy working collaboratively in teams and liaising with clients.
→Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
→Work Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
