Order Management Coordinator

Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 We’re a North American based furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. And as the Order Management Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maximizing product availability, driving cost efficiency, and building strong supplier partnerships to support a seamless and reliable supply chain.

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders (POs) in alignment with supply plans, ensuring timely and in-full deliveries from vendors. Working closely with the Sourcing, Inbound Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning teams, you will play a key role in executing Article’s supply plans by managing order flow, tracking purchase orders, and proactively resolving issues that may impact product availability, cost, or quality. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, fostering strong vendor relationships, and optimizing order fulfillment to ensure customer demand is met efficiently and reliably.

What started in 2019 as a project to strengthen our relationships with our Asian vendors has grown into a permanent operation in Ho Chi Minh City. Article currently has ≈70 employees in Vietnam, across our Sourcing, Technical Product Development, Quality, HR, Logistics, PMO and Accounting functions.
