Benefits Manager

We're currently seeking a Benefits Manager, based out of our Oak Brook, IL HQ, who reflects our core values and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in helping us meet ambitious growth goals by leveraging ASC's benefits portfolio and strategic rewards programs to attract and retain top talent across the organization.

This role will help spearhead benefits strategies and act as a primary liaison to both benefits vendors and partners as well as the Human Resources and Management team. You will seamlessly manage and oversee employee benefits programs such as health, pharmacy, dental, vision, life and supplemental benefits, as well as retirement plans, wellness initiatives and voluntary and other related offerings. Reporting to the Director of Benefits & Compensation, this role will develop, implement and communicate benefits policies and procedures to align with organization goals and to ensure compliance with legal requirements and federal legislation.
