→Punctuality & Night-Shift Reliability: Strict adherence to your scheduled shift times. Because party spaces operate late into the evening, being on time and ready for night-shift coverage is critical to keeping the floor operational
→Assertive Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills to communicate and enforce convention guidelines clearly, firmly, and politely with highly energized crowds
→Problem-Solving & Patience: The ability to "think on your feet" when encountering a rowdy room or a supply shortage, remaining completely calm, helpful, and professional under pressure
→Physical Stamina: Comfort with standing, walking, and moving between hotel floors for the duration of a multi-hour evening shift, as well as lifting water jugs or restocked supplies
