→Outstanding Decorum & Hospitality: A genuinely friendly, patient, and personable attitude. You must be eager to interact with the public and maintain a highly professional demeanor as a representative of the convention
→Tabletop & Board Game Knowledge: A healthy passion for and strong knowledge base of modern tabletop board games, card games, or role-playing games to help recommend and explain games easily to attendees
→Tech-Savvy Asset Tracking: Comfort using digital barcode scanning systems, tablets, or inventory logging software to accurately record check-ins and check-outs
→Punctuality & Reliability: Strict adherence to your scheduled shift times. The tabletop room is a heavily trafficked social space, and the library must remain fully staffed to prevent checkout delays

Rules Explanation & Teaching Experience: Prior experience explaining complex board game rules or teaching games to beginners in a clear, concise, and encouraging manner
