experience, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Baristas support all sales efforts in the retail stores through outstanding customer service, beverages prepared per Ascension’s highest standards, and a commitment to quality in all of the goods offered.

  • →Prepare and serve all beverages adhering to quality standards 
  • →Ensure guests are warmly received and welcomed to Ascension  
  • →Ensure that sanitary protocol is demonstrated daily
  • →Maintain coffee knowledge of current and previous offerings 
  • →Educate guests and staff on all coffee and teas carried
  • →Attend training sessions with the Coffee Trainer 
  • →Demonstrate an ongoing pursuit of education and growth 

• Barista experience a plus.
• Experience with high-level customer service.
