About the Role

Servers play a pivotal role in the guest experience at Ascension Coffee, providing genuine hospitable service in a warm environment.

Responsibilities

→Greet all guests with genuine hospitality
→Take guest's drink and food orders
→Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
→Suggest different drinks, appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and coffee
→Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
→Confirm orders with the baristas, chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
→Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
→Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
→Strong customer service skills required
→Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
→Extensive training provided
→Qualifications·
→ One year of high volume server experience.
