Advancement Associate

At Ascentria Care Alliance, every gift represents someone who believes in our mission—and behind every gift is important work that helps turn generosity into impact. 

We’re looking for an Advancement Associate to join our Advancement team and help ensure that every contribution is processed accurately, every donor record is cared for, and every supporter receives the thoughtful acknowledgment they deserve. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about doing work that matters. You’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting our fundraising and donor engagement efforts, including: 

• Processing charitable gifts and ensuring they are accurately recorded and acknowledged
• Maintaining donor records and information in our database
• Preparing donor acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, pledge reminders, reports, and mailing lists
• Supporting donor communications, events, meetings, and special projects
• Providing administrative support for annual giving, major gifts, grants, special events, and capital campaigns

Have 2+ years of administrative, database, development operations, accounting, or related experience, take pride in getting the details right, and can be trusted with confidential information. Experience in nonprofit Advancement/Development or with donor-management systems such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce is a plus.
