   Implement operation strategy developed by Unit Leader    Develop and maintain daily work processes to achieve flawless daily execution    Leading and acting as role model    Ensure that daily operation is coordinated in a manner to support SQRE（Safety, Quality, Reliability, Engagement） objectives.    Ensures that any resources required to achieve daily execution available in a timely 

Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in safety, health, environment protection, quality and compliance with the BCP’s requirements; Daily Execution Leader is to support the 24/7 Teams working with the Unit Experts and Asset Leader. Demonstrates support to 4 core principles and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in SQRE plan Reviews daily KPI’s and gaps with team.  Assigns PPR to resolve gaps Maintains risk register of actions to close Performs rounds as defined by SQRE and has discussions with core team to reinforce behaviors and identify emerging issues Gatekeeper keeps any request from outside of the core team Works with Learning Facilitator and Stewardship Leader to develop core team as defined by industry and team development plans. Assigns task to Technology Leader to remove technical roadblocks to achieve SQRE’s. Other tasks assigned by company. 

More than 3 years of production manager/manufacturing related leader experience in chemical industry
