As a Mobile SDET at Aspora, you’ll own the quality strategy, automation systems, and testing foundations that power our Android, iOS, and web products. You won’t just write test cases, you’ll define how we test, build resilient automation frameworks, and ensure every release is reliable at scale. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design to ship high-quality features with confidence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Bangalore || In Office

• Own release readiness, including validation pipelines for feature flags, staged rollouts, and A/B experiments.

• Validate internal and third-party SDK integrations across environments (staging, production) ensuring data flow and compatibility.

• Use AI-led test tools to improve coverage, auto-generate scenarios, and enable self-healing test suites.

• Contribute to mobile automation frameworks across Android, iOS, and web using Appium, XCUITest and Playwright.

• Build modular, scalable test systems integrated into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to ensure fast, reliable automation cycles.

• Ensure APK/IPA integrity including signing, artifacts, and version consistency.

• Debug flows and inspect traffic using Charles Proxy, ADB, Pluto, and similar diagnostic tools.

• Monitor and triage issues using Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, driving root-cause resolution with dev teams.

• Continuously improve release quality through better observability, automation coverage, and process refinement.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Mobile SDET, with strong expertise in automation testing across both Android and iOS platforms.

• Strong command of Java with sound understanding of OOP principles and clean coding standards.

• Proven hands-on experience using Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, Cypress/Playwright, and integrating frameworks into CI/CD.

• Strong debugging ability using tools like Charles Proxy, Pluto, and ADB utilities.

• Experience testing mobile-specific flows: feature flags, push notifications, deep links, A/B tests, beta releases.

• Familiarity with crash monitoring tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.

• Strong understanding to API/backend systems integrations.

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive quality outcomes in cross-functional environments.

• You take end-to-end responsibility for product quality and don’t wait to be told what to test.

• You enjoy contributing to frameworks as much as writing E2E Test cases.

• You thrive in environments where speed and accuracy must coexist.

• You communicate clearly, debug deeply, and solve for the customer first.
